Short & Long Term Accommodation
Short Term Accommodation services are planned short term, time-limited breaks for NDIS participants to have time away from the family home. Participants can use this opportunity to take a break from their regular routines. This can also be an opportunity for Carers to get a break. Respite Retreat’s short-term accommodation home is located in Yagoona NSW 2199.We cater to both children and adults with a disability.What’s included? - Our centre is a fully furnished, self-contained accessible house. - Our centre is staffed 24/7 hours.- All meals are provided. - Personal care is provided throughout day and night- Fun activities, according to client requests- Our centre also has a newly built sensory room for a calming place to relax
Community Social and Civic Participation
This service offers supports to NDIS participants assisting them to access their community for social and recreation activities either individually or in a group. We can provide access and help you engage and join in community, social and civic activities in your area. Our friendly carers will be with you every step of the way, helping you participate, and strengthening your ability to participate independently. Examples of some activities- Trip to the shopping centre- Assistance to attend community events- Support customers to access recreational activities such as a museums or cinemas - Support attending appointments

Respite Services
Respite services are supports to help you to continue receive the support you need, when your regular carer/family member may need to attend an appointment, travel or need some time out.We can provide services in your home for a few hours or even overnight stays.
Daily Tasks & Activities / Personal Care
Daily tasks & Activities / Personal Care are a defined set of activities necessary for self-care.We provide dignified personal care. Our friendly staff can come into your home and help with your daily tasks.These include;- - Meal preparation- - Showering- - Dressing- - Grooming- - Continence management

Plan Management
Plan management supports you in the managing of your NDIS funds while you maintain the freedom and flexibility for Choice and Control. We provide the following Plan management services- We pay your providers for the supports you purchase;- help you keep track of your funds;- take care of financial reporting for you;- depending on your circumstances, we can also help you choose your providers.
Transport Services
We can arrange safe and comfortable transport when you need to attend an appointment, go shopping, see a movie or visit family or friends.

Accommodation / Tenancy
Assistance with Accommodation and Tenancy supports clients to find affordable, safe and appropriate accommodation.Respite Retreat can provide one on one support to assist participants to achieve their individual Accommodation and Tenancy goals.Our Accommodation and Tenancy service can include assessment, individual case planning, practical one on one assistance, liaising with service providers and capacity building assistance to support people to achieve their individual goals.
